Tonight's Run & Narberth CF Run

Tonight we keep it local, finishing our run at McShea's. The route has yet to be determined, but will cover approximately 3 miles. Meet at the Narberth train station, south side steps at 6:30 PM. It looks like it should be around 40 degrees at start time- perfect running weather!

January 21st- to the Beer Shoppe?!

We are going to attempt to run to the Ardmore Beer Shoppe...but it could be through a snowstorm! If the weather makes it dangerous, we'll adjust and make a shorter run to one of the three local bars in Narberth. But one way or another, WE WILL RUN!






















As usual, meet at the south side of the Narberth train station at 6:30!
